Some after shots from the 14th January party

I know that some of you have been on our jewellery courses and I think many of the colours in your float pieces here reflect the jewel like quality of colour beautifully. We had a great time being with you - making glass and eating cake.

These are lovely, well done to you all!

Just to remind you that every student that has visited us this year has at least one photo of their work on this blog (there are lots more pages as well as this one). It has been an absolute pleasure to work with you all and we will be back with more courses in the new year.

Merry Christmas and a happy new year, warmest wishes, Sue and Vince

We meant to say

The photographs from the last post just show some of your work, not all. I chose the pieces that would photograph best and even those will look much better in real life. Glass us always a challenge to photograph but a joy to make. We hope you enjoy them. Sue and Vince

Welcome and thank you for visiting our blog.whether you are past students, prospective students or are interested in fused glass I am aiming to take photos of some of the fired work that each of our students make. We kept finding, that when the courses ended at 4pm, that participants were often sad to leave and we felt flat afterwards too. Through this site the students who have been together on a course will be able to view each others' work after firing and get a preview of their own before collection.

Also for those of new to Glass jewels this gives you some idea of how courses are run and what you might turn out. Just browsing the site and even making comments on the work here would be really welomed.

Please look on www.glassjewels.co.uk where you can find our more information about our courses and book online. You can see my work there too.

Also, most importantly, we would love it if you would leave a comment whether you are one of our students or just passing by. Happy viewing.
